Multi-pet insurance

No matter whether you are a dog person, love cats, or prefer not to take sides, you can insure up to five pets (including cats, dogs, puppies and kittens) on the same policy. By including multiple pets on one policy, you will receive a multi-pet discount while helping to protect your furry friends.

Accident and illness

Nobody wants to see their pet suffer from an injury or ill-health. If your pet isn’t feeling well, or has suffered from an injury, we can help get them back on all fours as soon as possible. You can protect your pet with one of our Accident and Illness policies. These policies provide veterinary fees cover up to £12,000 each policy term, which refreshes each year that you renew with us. Read more about our levels of cover, to find one that suits you, your furry friend and your budget.

Pre-existing conditions

Pre-existing conditions

Our policies do not provide cover for pre-existing conditions. A pre-existing condition is any condition, whether diagnosed or not, which was present before your cover start date. This includes where your pet is suffering from the same clinical signs or symptoms that they displayed before your policy started.

Overseas travel

With our Overseas travel cover, providing your pet complies with the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS), you don’t have to leave them behind if you take a trip away for up to 60 days at a time across Europe, as well as the Channel Islands (consisting of the Bailiwick of Jersey and the Bailiwick of Guernsey), the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland.

We can help towards the costs of Quarantine expenses, providing up to £2000 cover each policy term, towards the costs of kennelling your pet and getting new pet travel documents, if your pet’s microchip fails or if your pet is put into quarantine due to illness.

You are also covered up to £1500 each policy term towards Emergency expenses, if your pet needs emergency veterinary treatment, goes missing, you lose your pets travel documents or you have to re-worm your pet due to your original departure being delayed.
